The rhetoric he espouses isn't any different from Chinese nationalists of other ethnicities, and from his videos it's clear he cares about preserving minority culture/ is proud of its preservation. The few "Han nationalists" that exist live in the US or Taiwan and have a intense hatred for the mainland/the CPC and tend to be very pro-US (they both share the goal of a balkanizing China based off of ethnicity).
