Well, in that instance my mom cooked that early in the morning for breakfast, but just like her, I also have the tendency to experiment with food depending on what's available. If you have tomato sauce, soy sauce, some lemons and some protein you can add vegetables to your heart's content. Also I forgot to mention that a carrot was also a part of the recipe

What even is hamburger helper? I've heard of it but it's not sold in my market.

It's a random pasta shape & a powdered sauce (usually containing former cheese) in a box so it's shelf stable. You brown and crumble minced beef that you buy separately, then add water, milk, and Hambuger Helper box contents to make a one-skillet easy meal.
I wasn't allowed this stuff at home as a kid (but Kraft mac&cheese/ Kraft dinner was ok, go figure). So naturally I lived on this stuff in college. Many years later, I got nostalgic and made a box. Yeah, my palate has moved on thankfully.

It's just ironic that the meme is using a question that someone like me can't answer in meme form in a forum for someone like me, so great job to the OP there. Reminds me of the horrible looking socks that the horrible Autism Speaks org sells with thick seams not only in the toes, but down the side (which I've never seen before), despite one of the stereotypical major things that Autistic people can't stand is bad socks. Just so ironic as hell that I dont know if they are making a point with them or more likely just dont understand Autism at all since they're just around for the money and making parents feel better about being bad parents rather than helping Autistic people. <\rant>
