As a consequence of that rule, skip on meat. Too expensive and too big portions.

Or learn to use meat the way human being used meat before wannabe nobles deciding to ape their betters normalized a meal with over 50% of the plate being some kind of meat.

Asian cuisine (Korean, Japanese, Chinese, Vietnamese, etc.) has, to me, the best balance of meat/eggs/whatever to vegetables. Proper home-cooked meals have maybe 10% of calories coming from meats. Indian cuisine is also pretty good at the meat/other balance. Europeans start going way too meat-heavy, and North Americans view vegetables as that little bit of colourful stuff around the rim of the plate that's there for colour, not consumption (or so it seems to my eyes).

I can see that. In my head, though, given that picture, I see panda.

As someone who made the deliberate choice to not procreate, I can assure you that "reproductive effectiveness" is not in any way a measure of my "worth" to myself, nor to my SO. (He made the same choice.)

As for "getting laid" … that's basically a western, chiefly American, obsession. In Asia the obsession is "getting married" (which naturally involves getting laid, but the focus is different). I'm sure if you go around the world to different places, wherever you don't have American culture dominating and overriding local culture you'll see different such obsessions.

So basically what this incel is saying is "I'm an American". Just to put it bluntly. And worse, "I'm an American with poor impulse control and am using any Scientism" … as opposed to actual science … "I can reach for to excuse being an obnoxious boor toward women."

Dad is ethnic German, Mom is ethnic Chinese, that makes me ethnically confused. But I pass as slightly off-looking Chinese, yes.

I have a cultural aversion to self-service. Well, OK, some forms of self-service are fine. ("Mr. Shakey" is my favourite tool for this. 😉) But social self-service is more for others to decide.
