That isn't really happening at a scale you need to be worried about. They are net contributors to your economy and commit crimes at lower rates.
The only down side is some wage suppression in low-skilled areas like picking fruit.

Several unis here, lots of Serbians, Italians, Spaniards in the faculty and is more diverse than many of the English towns that rioted.

But our nonpartisan professional staff has advocated that we pursue 31 of those cases and, in not a single one, did we get four votes to move forward."
