Wouldn't the machine become a worker (a very specialized one) if it manged to gain consciousness?
One of the biggest takeaways I've seen is the ability for a socialist state to plan against the short-term profits paradigm of capital and be able to consistently do so in order to align economic goals for the benefit of the proletariat (common prosperity).
Taking my country as an example... This aligns with what AMLO's book says in Hacia una economía moral, "Towards a Moral Economy". Wishful thinking I know but...
During AMLO's presidency he sought to keep key national strategic resources at the control of the State, fighting against their privatization. One of Sheinbaums current plans is to develop a nation Lithium industry.
One of the "Distribution by Labor" mechanisms implemented was the implementation of nationwide social programs, and the massive increment (compared to previous administrations) of the minimum wage. This directly contributed to the lowest poverty levels in years.
As opposed as previous administrations where public infrastucture proyects were almost nonexistent, we saw an unprecedented public investment in states states that had been forgotten by the state, some of the poorest regions received billions in pesos in infrastructure projects to stimulate economic growth and to compensate for the lack of state intervention in those areas, favoring high capital concentrated areas instead.
As for long term planning, the first 6 years of AMLO are infamously called (to the opposition) as the 1st floor of the transformation, Claudia's plan is to "build" the 2nd floor.
Ufortunately neither AMLO nor Claudia were explicitly proclaimed as Socialists and I don't think we are yet at the "Primary Stage of Socialism" step, but we are for sure closer than what we were 6 years ago.
I'm here hoping Claudia can accomplish her plans for us in Mexico.
There is the Tucker Carlson camp which I'd not consider to be completely pro Russian, but it's certainly friendlier to them and rabidly anti china
WTF r/Soccer based?

As expected, there were braindead takes, but they were getting instantly corrected by other commenters. I was surprised to see so much people defending working class politics on a mainstream sub. I would've never imagined this kind of discourse happening just a few years ago.
