When they got told “kidnap people off the streets” they said “I can’t do that, that would be illegal”.

He's an entertainer and that's it. He'll allow anyone on his podcast regardless of beliefs and he tends to either believe or pretend to believe them when they spew conspiracy theories and other bullshit. His political opinions depend on who's been on his show and that's it. Most guests have been right-wing grifters for a long time now, so that's what he believes.
