To anyone who hasn't seen Fred Rogers save PBS from Congress, you should watch this.
- He was an incredible man. If only we could have him back.
  So wild that Fox News called him evil.
  
  Is it wild? Fox News. Who openly pushes Russian propaganda. They are openly the bad guys. It's amazing they can exist and be so blatantly anti-human.

- Off topic but my personal theory on why trumps slaps with old people is he just talks real slow. To me it makes him sound like an idiot. If you're curious about this just listen to trump at 1.5x and you'll notice he somehow becomes more coherent. I mean, he still has some sort of mental disability behind all that but if I had unlimited money I'd do my own research on this.
  
  It's a hypnosis technique. When you speed it up, you break the spell. He's smarter than people realize, he at least knew who to listen to.

fred rogers is the main reason why i didn't turn out a hateful, racist asshole like the so-called 'role models' i had in my family.

  I used Daniel Tiger for mine. Pretty cool show for kids. Not sure what they have now, but will eventually find out when I turn into an old grandpa

Mr. Rogers would be so ashamed of us. He tried so hard.
- I remember growing up watching PBS and actually thinking the world I would grow up in would surely be better than the world before, especially with so many people watching people like Mr Rogers and Sesame Street and the slew of educational programs like NOVA.
  I realize now that I was a shut-in nerd without involved parents and PBS was one of the only channels I could tune in on my little black-and-white television set.
  Nobody else watched this stuff. If they did, they didn't internalize it, and if they did, they took all the wrong lessons from it. ("I AM special just the way I am, that means I deserve to have anything I want! yaaah white power!")
- I don't think Fred would be capable of that.
  He'd be telling anyone who would listen that mistakes are just a part of learning, even as our tortured Earth starts making the very air we all breathe make the last humans lungs burn.
  That's why I certainly praise Fred, but could never subscribe to him. He had an unshakable conviction in the intrinsic decency of people. I've come to have conviction that the opposite is more often true.
  Honestly, I'm glad he's not here to see this.

Joe Rogan has always sucked. He was a horrible actor, and even worse comedian.
- Not gonna lie, I liked him in News Radio and didn't mind him when just commentating on MMA.
  Fuck what he's up to these days though.
  
  He was fuckin great in News Radio. All of the actors were, honestly. Even the piece of shit Andy Dick.
  I know nothing about Rogan after News Radio tho

When he died Fox News went on to call him an extremely evil man who wanted to breed a generation of narcissists, saying that self-esteem must be earned and not something people just have.

  They believe that since they are straight and white that makes them the master race. Thus everyone else is inferior.
