Anyone have any vegan/vegetarian options that DONT include ANY carbs, or sugar and are high in protein?
I'd consider changing from keto (yeah I know, wrong community..) if I can find 3 or 4 dishes that don't rely on carbs as junk filler or sugars to cut the super high sodium that's typically associated (imo) with protein substitutes.
Edit: love the downvote for actually asking a question about changing from a heavy meat diet to vegan. Really helps your cause..geez.. still hoping someone has a recommendation instead of just seeing their trigger words and down voting.
