Otherwise there tend to be signs on roads welcoming you to whichever state depending on the direction you are going. Those signs used to match up with a change in road maintenance quality but Kansas decided to join the race to the bottom so it isn't as noticeable anymore.
But the downside is that people then upvote or downvote based on their preferences, not the community’s.
This is only a downside for niche communites promoting positive topics like equality. Communities about for profit companies, that promote horrible ideas and people, etc are what downvotes are for.
If there was a community called "Nestlé is awesome" I would hope it gets downvoted into oblivion.
I have a wide variety depending on whether I'm cooking for myself, eating with others, and what is going on.
Generally in the mornings I make either over easy eggs with toast or breakfast burritos as both csn be whipped up in about 10 minutes with minimal cleanup. If I'm lazy in the evening I might make a can of soup with crackers, or beanie weenies that I can eat over a few meals. If I get some time and motivation on the weekend I will cook down onions, bell peppers, and jalepenos to use on the eggs and breakfast burrito during the weekdays.
Other than that it is fast food/takeout if I'm busy or unmotivated and if motivated I will make something random that takes around 6 ingredients because that is about my limit. Home made burgers, grilled vegetables, steaks with a side of broccoli or corn, etc.
Then if I have workplace appropriate leftovers I take those, although they also have salads for sale. I work from home 3 days a week and heat up whatever leftovers are around.
If you are absolutely unmotivated then simple sandwiches with an apple on the side worked for me when I didn't cook enough for leftovers.
I strongly dislike goose because it is so damn greasy, would probably prefer whatever vegetarian goose is unless they used Olestra in pursuit of authenticity.

So definitely a parody, but I would bet each individual thing is based on someone and maybe slightly exaggerated.
Yeah, the sausage format is one of the better approaches because it is a form factor that already has a wide variety of textures and from the packaging it doesn't look like they are trying to imitate specific meat flavors or textures. Can't remember if I have tried that brand before, but I have had green plant based sausages and they were good as their own kind of thing. Like how sweet potato fries are the same shape as regular potato fries but you would never confuse the two.

There was probably state or federal funding for the concrete and asphalt that the cars drive on, the lights, and the median. Sidewalks are local costs that are limited by whatever the relatively wealthy in power want, and that isn't sidewalks for poor people that they don't personally use.
