  • There's also the more recent Alta and Solitude from Libre. They seem to be supported in recent CoreElecs nightlies.

    But yeah, information on those is also a bit thin.

    Why they're not using it? Who knows...

  • Du könntest damit richtig liegen. Gemäß Statistischem Bundesamt (Link) zu Hauspreis- und Baulandpreisindex hat sich letzterer seit 2000 ver-2,7-facht, während ersterer sich "nur" verdoppelt hat...

  • Ich glaube das ist nicht ganz richtig: Der Baupreisindex basiert nach BewG § 259 (PDF) auf den Herstellungskosten des Gebäudes. Der Erwerb des Grundstücks dürfe allerdings zu den Anschaffungskosten gehören.
