'Should be terrifying to everyone': Prosecutor fired by Trump delivers blunt warning
  • Both sides aren't the same because they're just as bad, they're the same because they work together. Dems haven't made meaningful changes in a long time and I'm done supporting them while they do nothing. They are complicit.

  • 'Should be terrifying to everyone': Prosecutor fired by Trump delivers blunt warning
  • I'm not a politician. I developed an entirely different set of skills. Throwing away my career at the potential of reskilling is absurd.

And Dems weren't doing their job. I'm tired of people pretending like that's acceptable. I canvass. I get people ready to vote. I do my part.

I can't even tell you the last time a Dem policy benefitted me directly. What I have in common with them really just boils down to them being the only opposition right now. I pushed Harris like we had to and I'll never forgive them for running such an unlovable candidate. They knew what they were doing. The second there's another serious option I'm gone. Dems complete lack of opposition makes them complicit in everything that's happening.

  • Are we winning yet?
  • The point is America has that access already.

Greenland or Denmark could sell signing a COFA for a short period for a ridiculous fee. The other leader already showed their hands and signed his intention. We already have bases in Greenland and have all the agreements we would have wanted anyway.

Think of it like this. A car dealership is letting me use another car while they work on mine. I come in and ask to buy the car they're letting me use. They explain it's a loaner and they can't sell it. I insist. They refuse. I insist on public TV in front of all of my friends/family. Their manager has an idea and lets me lease the car they've already loaned me.

In that negotiation the manager holds a lot of power, not me.

  • Trump fires top military leaders in unprecedented shakeup
  • That's the point. Someone living in California has the same amount of sway with the president as someone from Bangladesh.

What do you think they're going to do? Go Join Wick on a state thousands of miles away? Send our representatives an angry letter? Succeed and be rolled back to the stone age? Lose their job so they can hold a sign just about everyone already agrees with in the snow? Pick a fight with every cop they see?

Make a Venn diagram. Put everything that's effective and realistic on one side and televising a revolution so joey in his mother's basement in Liverpool can feel like he's watching an Avengers movie on the other. You'll have two circles.

I stg these Europeans would be mad at Luke Skywalker if he didn't explain what he was doing and didn't live streamed the trench run. Go google what OpSec is and, please, shut the fuck up.

This is like yelling at the hostages in a bank robbery that they're not trying hard enough to be saved while the police watch outside with popcorn. All despite the fact that the bank robbers are going to come outside and be a problem for the police next.

You are in the same boat as the hostages. You have the same responsibility. You will not be able to explain to the boot that it's not your job. I know decades of not having to provide for your own defense had addled the tactical and reasonable sides of your brains, but it's time for you to get a little perspective.

  • Are we winning yet?
  • Ride the wave. Have Denmark allow Greenland to enter a COFA with the US for a steep fee. The US already has that level of access.

Let Macron negotiate for the transfer of US bases and hardware at a discount as they leave. Use that to power Ukraine.

I don't see why authoritarians are the only ones allowed to benefit from our hard fumble.

  • New Junior Developers Can’t Actually Code.
  • People who would have gone into finance or received an MBA have been going to tech for a decade now. Every one of them pushes out someone who would have been a real developer.

I've also had the pleasure of watching a lot of the generation who's now complaining as they grew through their journey as developers. I think a lot of them are sugar coating their own abilities. I struggled with many a now illustrious developer whole they banged their head against the wall for hours.
