For people that don't know. Voting by mail is older than the US. In 1775 the continental army wanted to have their votes counted while away. We've had mail in and absentee voting since.

Dig around on Lemmy enough and you'll find whole arguments with several hundred people that have no clue what a primary is. I know because I've been involved with trying to educate them.
