The operation order here is extremely easy, because the only operator here is multiplication.

Aren't the optional parts supposed to be in the parentheses? Like the portions you know are going into the pronoun should not be seperated from the text. So it'd be (s)(t)he(y) I think.

The one thing i will agree with some "they" haters on is that it can be quite confusing that it's the same as the plural pronoun, we really need one of them to be different.

  great, unfortunately looks like the name of an alien so no one is going to seriously use that.
  i think probably the most realistic thing is to make the plural be something like "theyse/themse", it's a little awkward but i wouldn't feel dumb saying it in normal conversation since it just sounds slang-y
