This used to be even worse, but I'm trying to be a better person.

So, it's still a little there right now but it used to be really bad. Not only did I say I was LGBTQ for attention (and so I could say slurs) aside from actually half-thinking I was bi, I used to bully autistic people and those different from me. I used to say racial slurs constantly because I thought it made me "cool", and I didn't really care about the rights of minorities or what was going on in places like Ukraine or Palestine.

Just wanted to get that out... I'm really a bad person, I know.

Recognizing your behavior was harmful to others is literally the first step to being a better, kinder, stronger person.
A lot of times people put down others to feel elevated themselves, which stems from low self esteem.
Acknowledging our own poor behavior takes guts, congratulations on your frist step to finding inner peace and strength.
You've done bad things maybe, but that doesnt doom you to being a bad person. "Being" is a constant state always changing.

I mean, you recognize the issues with what you were doing, sound remorseful about it, and seem to want to improve yourself. Can't really ask for much more. We're all humans and we all do and say stupid shit. Self reflecting and being able to recognize where you have made mistakes in the past is what makes you a good person. No one is born knowing all of the answers.

Keep it up my dude. One step at a time.
You're a bad person if you continue identifying yourself as bad and doing nothing to change it.
Discovery is the first step to progress. Apologizing, taking action to right your wrongs, and learning about how you hurt people are steps in the right direction.
It gets easier and before you know it, some butthead reminds you of yourself, and you give them a bit of advice and root for their growth and change for the better.
