Expecting consultants to do the right thing is like expecting an insurance or used car salesman to do the right thing, unfortunately it's not in the cards.

They all have pretty horrific track records of misery and shit. McKinsey is #1, BCG, Bain etc... All willing to do anything for a dollar.
If you are Evil, but stupid, hire American consultancies. Then you are evil with borrowed smarts and no ethical questions will ever be asked.
