I don't mean it as it because Judaism is an special religion. If someone that is not catholic or Muslim goes in a performative confession or migration to the Mecca I would think is disrespectful too.

I would say judaism should be seen as at least as special islam and christianity since it's an abrahamic religion and rarer than both. So if you're okay to say that neither of those are special, only then is it consistent to say that judaism is not special.

The biggest issue that I think you're going to face is that most people can't differentiate between the Jewish faith and the Jewish people (who may or may not believe in the Jewish faith).

Generally, I don't think that making fun of the faith is any more or less taboo than poking fun at Christians or Catholics or whatever.... But making fun of the Jewish people, is generally a no fly zone.

Since people lack the intelligence, awareness, and shits to give, in order to see that being Jewish and believing in the Jewish faith are separate. So if you make fun of one, you're making fun of both.

It's objectively weird in any context. Being into history or religion is not weird. Traveling to a certain place to view a specific piece of history is not weird. Being forced to wear a tiny hat before you can pet a stone wall associated with a religion you don't belong to is pretty strange. Pretending that it means anything more to you for political gain is odd as well.

The wall is believed to have been built by Herod the Great, not Solomon. The original Temple Mount from the Solomon era was more natural, smaller, and irregularly shaped. Herod filled it in, creating a large rectangular base that still exists, having survived the destruction of the Romans in 70 CE.

The entire Western Wall is 1,600 feet long, but only a small part of it is used for Jewish prayer. That small part came to be used because it faces the Jewish quarter in the old city, and that made it accessible to Jews.
