Crazy to think that she was once a well regarded author. Now she's just an insane bigot.

I think it's more that if people fall apart mentally, then they also stop caring for themselves. She's probably very depressed or so, given the hate she is spreading. If she was not doing so much damage with that, I'd feel pity.

- J.K. Rowling. The author of the Harry Potter franchise. People despise her views on trans people/human rights, she's been horrible. That said she was a single mother living off welfare before the series took off, so it could just be a photo taken before she got out of the lower class.

  Not many authors can force that kind of book deal, giving that sort of percentage, on their very first book. That took serious pull.
  Additionally, some people, including me, suspect her books co-authored. And there are excellent reasons why the other authors are not publicly known. But that is only a theory
