Swiss petition against US F-35 fighter jets gathers 42,000 signatures

Rewarding the US with a billion dollar purchase after they've slapped you with a 35% tariff while Switzerland has none on US goods would be the ultimative Cuck move

This is just so hilarious and sad at the same time. For some context, the Swiss military had (after a lengthy and expensive process) selected the Gripen to replace its fleet of aging F18s. That decision was then overturned by the Swiss voters via a referendum, causing the whole process to restart and finally, years later, selecting the F35… and now we are back at square one I guess.

They still need to petition against it? Who's for it?

Which alliance is it? I only found https://stop-f-35.ch/ but that seems to have been handed in in 2022... Which petition are they talking about?
