Real question here: Would a Smart water and soap dispenser stop this? Like it does face detection and only lets u wash one time per h, same for the soap dispenser?

I'm fine with 7 times because 100/2^7 is less than 1, so surely less than one percent "germs" is good enough.
(I do get that OCD is irrational)
