He could look like Frank Zane for all I care, he is a fascistic parasite who fumbled being a writer in Hollywood and decided to make that all of our problem. That's why we need to work out because freaks like these speak poison to power and I don't think any of us should get nipped in the butt because they don't see a problem with their maggot brains. Like Comrade Jones said, you can get arms like his with 30 pushups a day, when I couldn't do pushups I put some soft clothing under my knees and tried to do 5 knee-push-ups a few times in a given day. Give it time and growth will come. If you would like to go gymming ignore the mental overload that comes from watching fitness YouTubers, if you want to lose weight more calories out than in, vice versa for gaining weight, and stick to push-pull-legs for now. Try have fun with it, its all super unserious stuff just go have fun <3

PS given his frame (hes 5'3) his arms are incredibly unimpressive since shorter stature men usually can build more meat on. His physique is unimpressive because he probably is expending all of his energy being a fascistic parasite
