Cincinnati City Council members want to carve chunk of railway trust for some of city’s poorest areas

Unsure how legal that is with regards to the sale language.

Overall I agree that we should invest in our poorer communities more but I would hope that it is an investment that lifts them up and doesn't just splash cash to make someone feel good. I guess we'll see on all fronts.
