Cincinnati City Council members want to carve chunk of railway trust for some of city’s poorest areas
Unsure how legal that is with regards to the sale language.
Overall I agree that we should invest in our poorer communities more but I would hope that it is an investment that lifts them up and doesn't just splash cash to make someone feel good. I guess we'll see on all fronts.

SEC filings reveal how much Paycor paid for Bengals stadium naming rights
>Under the team's lease with the county, taxpayers would have been entitled to some of the money from the naming rights deal, but the team has told the county it will get nothing.
>Back in 2022, if the Bengals sold the naming rights and the net revenue the team received was $60 million or less, the county was entitled to nothing. It was entitled to 30% of revenue above that level.
So basically the team told all of us taxpayers to go fuck ourselves. How nice.

How about this snow storm?
Quite gnarly out there. I haven't seen this much snow in one go in quite a bit.
Post pics if you got them. And I'd still recommend staying off the roads even now unless you gotta be out. Time for some cocoa and relaxation.
