Boutique hotel project at 4th and Race secures historic tax credits

Long an eyesore, this building at the SE corner of 4th and Race got tax credits. Sits next to the McAlpin condos (or close to).

I've walked past this so many times and it's always been empty. Would love to see some good use out of it.
