It's their attempt at saying what MSRP would be for the item, at a non-discount store, but it's likely that the item itself isn't sold outside of discounters and there is no comparable item (since the item is made specifically for discounters, cheaply). So it's basically a made up number based on nothing.

Edible inkjet printer. They're basically the same price as a high end printer these days. You just send it a jpeg (of the price tag) and it'll print one out in a minute.
