Two men aged 21 and 39 face charges over the infamous "Pam the bird" graffiti attacks across Melbourne, which police say have caused more than $100,000 damage.

It’s alleged he is also responsible for graffiti plastered across the rail network as well as the “Cheese Stick” column on CityLink, the Nine building in Docklands, and concrete silos on Mercer Street in Geelong.
Sounds like he was doing everyone a favour.

Yeah a lot of people love pam the bird. I guess public enjoyment isn't the problem though, it's that graffiti artists claim public spaces. The city belongs to the council not the public 😡
