This week has been a terrible, horrible, no good week with my mental health so bad I'm debating making an appointment with a psychiatrist next week.
But for now, a bright spot: One of the Russians convicted in absentia for the MH17 has been arrested. Though for criticizing Putin.

Sorry to hear about your week, hope you're holding up. Though talking about it with someone might be helpful indeed. Would however suggest that you might want to see a therapist/counsellor instead of a psychiatrist (unless you have been seeing one, or are looking for medical help), as they might be more suited to what you may need in dealing with the stress and difficult experiences. Went to KLCC yesterday and wife asked me to get some present for her friend's kid at Smiggle. Holy fuck, the price.. Pencil case starts at RM69, RM350 for a bag. RM45 for a stationary set but only if you buy something else at full price. My friend mentioned that his 7YO nephew had lost friends because he was the only one in his circle that didn't had Smiggle. Man, kid these days. I grew up in a upper middle-class household, having one of those multipurpose pencil case with built in sharperner & multiple drawers was the height of luxury.

Travelling with my sister but couldn’t stand how negative she is constantly stress about really insignificant stuff and she has the tendency to delegate and externalise all that to me. She picks multiple hills to die on every single day.
Told her that I’m gonna travel by myself and walk around according to my own schedule, she‘s upset. Why the fuck would I want to suffer man, I get so stressed and anxious around her cause she’s always stressed and frankly I’m on holidays I don’t need no negativity

Update : I came back from shopping all day, she literally started whining again complaining how tired she is, how noisy the mall was, what she saw what she bought etc… then complain I’m too loud when I’m literally just answering her out of courtesy.

Purposely went all the way down to Setia Alam to grab the deal. According to the PIC I talked to, apparently myTukar has a massive car paint workshop in USJ for a while now, but there were barely any customers. The price previously was even lower than the current promo price. Apparently the workshop has such a great capacity to do paint jobs, don't even need to set appointment, can just walk in.
Promo deal is valid for 3 months. RM500 deposit. FWIW the undercoat option is an additional RM800 that is to be added-on upon recommendation. Body panel repair is RM150 per panel.
As for the EVx expo... Ok ok la. Don't expect huge halls like KL Convec or MITEC. Parking was RM5. Got food trucks around. As expected the Tesla booth has the largest crowd. Not in a position to be changing cars yet so didn't really go gaga over the cars there. If I was in a more leisurely mood I'd have walked over to the Setia City Mall to jalan jalan.

I told my friend that vaping is bad for him, and it’s better that he smokes cigarettes because with the latter you smoke a lot less (need to pick timing and location so it’s an extra hurdle).
Told him that there are some studies about young ppl having stroke vs cigarettes whereby things take a while to occur and also depends on other risk factors.
He just stood up, walked over to the bin and binned the vape… I’m like yo wtf you didn’t have to bin it I’m just telling you what I’ve read man…
Now I see him rolling cigarettes but my intention was for him to stop vaping and smoking as a whole…. T.T
