French Mayor Anne Hidalgo had some choice words for Trump and other far-right critics of the queer-inclusive opening events.

I realize l'Académie Française frowns at the introduction of English words into the French language, but it feels like they should make an exception in this case.

Yes you can, but it won't be the same meaning.
"Putain d’extrême droite" would be "fucking far right" and not "fuck the far right".
That's not much but one is being annoyed at something, the other is actively insulting something.
