No wonder we get so easily distracted from the main quest. It's just so vague and directionless. Lazy writing from the developer.

Also, your game doesn’t end when you’ve finished picking up the pine cone. Sometimes you want to complete something without ending the game.

I wonder what quest markers the main quests have. Is your future significant other highlighted and has a large icon over them on your minimap? Maybe the next step in starting your own business?
Devs screw it up and my couch and TV are highlighted, then bed, repeat.

Well you know, if you do the main quest it might lock you out of some side quests! You can't go back to Lothering! (Minor spoiler for a 15 year old game)

I still haven't finished TOTK yet. Got some side quest left to do like photograph every living thing.
