It's that time again. Nothing is getting done in the next three weeks.

I had this same frame of mind last year. I didn't do shit in 2025 and I was lazy sack of shit. I'm quitting alcohol now and not in the new year. I am making changes.

May as well, already had my eval for 2025, why would I do any extra work until I get my 2026 goals since that's the only thing that determines raises/bonuses.

I guess there are two types of approach to this season, the "yay, nothing is getting done in the next three weeks" and the "oh, crap, nothing is getting done in the next three weeks".

I am, unfortunately, in the latter camp.

Circle back in the new year

God I wish. Christmas is my busy time.

I’ve the next three weeks off, and a living room that is in disrepair. I may not get it finished before the new year, but I’m going down swinging!

Thursday is when my Christmas holiday starts. Then I can do the same thing

God I wish, my backlog for the last 4 days just hit 26 items, If nothing else happened, I could have them done by the Friday after next :(

Confused, full of cheese, unsure of the day of the week

Got a handful of easy wins left for work that weren't a big enough priority to do at any point else in the year, have to do my part of my yearly review, still have some decorating to do, and gifts to wrap... so more like "in the next two weeks" for me. Would kill to have a whole three weeks without shit to worry about.
