Oh... Sadly this one is not a Tier 1 manufacturer and doesnt just publish the latest version. I saw online that it was version 12 out of the box so if you truly have the 11 one, you might have been scammed. I would recommend not going with honor in the future ( thats my personal opinion, you might like the device ). Look if there are custom ROMs for it that might have a newer version

Which phone are we talking about, also have you done the updates? maybe its not from this year after all
