I wonder what Venezuelans think of this. Do they feel freer after the military operation that removed Maduro? Is Maduro's No. 2 a better president to them? Has life gotten better? What do they think of this new leader letting others take what belongs to the Venezuelan people? Do they know when the next elections will take place?
So Trump created this whole mess. Then he is asking others to go there and put their necks on the line to fix the wreck he created and what he can't fix.
I guess it was inevitable (for multiple reasons). Fortunately, there are lighter flavors of Ubuntu. For the more experienced unwilling to spend their resources this way, there are always other distros.
Or the end of NATO with the US as a member. Nevertheless, Trump's administration hasn't been a good partner. It created conflicts with everyone, it destabilized a whole region, it cooked up a crisis that will last many months/years to fully recover, etc. Essentially it created a gigantic mess that will affect everyone on this planet.
GitHub has been in a downward spiral lately. Codeberg seems to be a better home for “small” open source. Large open-source organizations already use their forge.
In fact, if they have the know-how, they should switch to something else. Android nowadays isn't much different from iOS, and I'm pretty sure that what was included in iOS will eventually land on Android too.
Fediverse already exists, with all its tools and instances (Lemmy, Mastodon, PixelFed, etc). It's democratic, as anyone can host an instance or join an instance where they are accepted.
This person is just not fit for office. US Congress, where are you?
