Been a Mac user, Windows user, UNIX (hpux, Solaris, SunOS, Digital Unix, Unisys, AT&T...), BSD, VMS. I've done most of it. The past 10 years professional developer, SysOP on the side and now data security specialist at Persónuvernd (IS-DPA).

PackageKit stops working intermittedly and there seems to be no resiliency built-in. This leaves KDE to slowly spiral into self-harm, doom and gloom until such a time (sometimes days later) it blows up and throws you out.
I've had my workstation log me out on three occasions already. Not ok. Especially not ok if new users are getting this experience, but even old dogs like myself feel intimidated.
