  • ...leading some of the most disastrous dea and fbi raids in US history is good domestic policy?

He was a boring 'good', president if you were upper middle class or higher in a fairly conservative job and a white male. That's about it. Those were the people that could tune out.

  • Its cute you have your own call out forum for people that disagree with your neoliberal generic beliefs and all; one that only you post to or really participate in bar a few lost /all viewers, but that's not an argument.

People being upset that their livelihoods are being destroyed while their previous bosses become immeasurably richer while doing even less work were objectively on the right side of history given where it has lead us-- with the greatest wealth disparity in all of known human history, and the most people food and shelter insecure in all of human history.

  • The luddites were unironically entirely correct and capitalist disenfranchisement of capital has made the world objectively worse despite the wealth it brought to 0.001% of the population.

  • In about 25 years most countries will be warzones and anyone that cant afford whatever the elite are charging for the few freshwater sources left on the planet will be dead or enslaved. anyone within twenty degrees of the equator will have fled or be dead, and anyone living above ground anywhere else will live in nonpermanent shelters due to the yearly storms that destroy standing structure.

boomers will be taking the worlds habitable range with them, and leaving us with a nightmare.

  • If you think organ farms have no historical or contemporary basis, you're sheltered.

We don't know the ethical ramifications of creating para human farms, but we have explored the philosophical ramifications in scifi. And it's never good. Any thought experiment with this basis ends badly for everyone.

Hell I'm pretty sure if this tech ever becomes real, we won't use it. We'll just say we're using it and instead keep kidnapping children like the current organ farms do, but now with a technobabble plausible deniability.

  • You can be happy and angry at the same time, i.e. your girlfriend saying you have the biggest dick amongst all your friends; but its much harder to be happy and sad at the same time, that takes someone getting the best, the best, the best, the best, the best, the best, the best, the best, the best, the best, the best, the best, the best, the best, the best, the best, the best, the best, the best, the best, the best, the best, the best, the best, the best, the best, the best, the best, the best, the best, the best, the best, the best, the best, the best, the best, the best, the best, the best, the best, the best, the best, the best, the best, the best, the best, the best, the best, the best, the best, the best, the best, the best, the best, of you.

  • Vigilantism is just a sign that government has become too corrupt to deal with problems effectively. It can be good or evil, it can be effective or a complete nightmarish excuse to get rid of hated minorities or people the majority simply fell out of favor with.

But if you're a victim under that corrupt government, it's the only solution you have, so its hard not to cheer. No one is shedding tears for torched tesla's in dealerships or the dead ceo Saint Luigi was framed for killing.

Its just harder to trust and justify clout chasers attacking essentially random people they themselves labeled with a crime that no one can reasonably defend themselves against.
