12VHPWR adapters sporting heatsinks and thermal pads show how problematic the connector is

  • I recently built a PC and my 4070ti Super has this plug. Would it be a smart idea to just put a small stick-on heatsink on the plug itself? I have a few lying around so if there's no harm to it I might just put it on there.
