Amazon, SpaceX and other companies are arguing the government agency that has protected labor rights since 1935 is actually unconstitutional
  • The problem is, all companies are this evil.

False equivalency fallacy on display. Not “all” are, unless you’re trying to cut TJs some slack. Just shop at a local grocery.

Also - “evil”? Poorly run, dishonest perhaps, greedy almost certainly. You want “evil”? Invade another country and kill people. Tell a teenage rape victim they can’t abort it and must carry to term. Make sure women can’t divorce an abusive husband if they’re pregnant. Real Evil is all over.

There’s plenty of real evil out there that needs shame - don’t use that word lightly.

  • X advertisers stay away as CEO defends Musk’s “go f*** yourself” interview
  • And this is an actual thing - spokespeople are generally female now as we as humans have a greater capacity for empathy and more inherent respect for women. At one point spokes people were all men… And nowadays, even the most evil companies push the women out front so that they can be a bit more evil for a just a little bit longer before the shit hits the fan.

Basically evil people, male and female, will still do the same shit, lying dishonest job, so long as they are paid for it. We just cut the women a lot more slack.
