This summary (and the one on the page itself) give a real "I didn't have time to read the document" vibe.

That said, I read just a chunk of it and it sounded reasonably convincing. Alleges a supervisor promised to promote her, and then on a work trip started sexually harassing her, pressuring her into having sex (unprotected) and eventually fathering a child. Says that the company was informed and didn't do anything about it. Also stuff in there about being denied promotions in favor of bringing in men from outside, and being paid less than a man in the same role who was hired a week apart.
