Joe Jacksons cover of Fleetwood Mac's "Oh, Well" rocks!
The Ramones cover of the old 1960's Spiderman TV theme song was excellent!
Nancy Griffith's cover of "Tecumseh Valley" by Townes Van Zandt always leaves a lump in my throat.
I was hiking with my grandson and the trail was post-rain and chock full of mosquitoes. We stopped for a breather and were talking face to face, our heads about a foot apart, mosquitoes everywhere. Just then a dragonfly slow flew right between our eyes and we both saw his "wing flutter" pulling tens of mosquitoes into his "wake" and just sucking them up like popcorn. It was cool to see.
I read about 20 years ago that they were doing this "satellite mirror" thing in Norway in a town nestled between two mountains that rarely saw any sun. I thought it was feasible and incredible and I believed it at the time. After reading this I see I was a victim of even more bullshit claims. Thankfully I only told about fifteen people about this so, not too much fake news damage done.
I still can't believe the grotesquely huge amounts of copper they use in those data centers. Now we know why they got rid of the penny. Copper everywhere. As far as the eye can see!
The "red" and "black" indicates a Nazi party who care about the environment (but not about the filthy, dirty-blooded humans). Maybe it should still be an iteration and not a final solution rendition. /s
Greedy pigs who stomp on the citizenry live in fear of the citizenry, their customers. Who woulda thunk? Big problems with the economy under capitalism greed in the old usa.
Stock valuations do not mean anything anymore. The stock market is now nothing more than an overly manipulated, raped dead horse. Ask "Questtrade" (who is now pandering to Joe and Jane Sixpack to "invest").
That was a blatant choice to back old fossil fuel money against alternative forms of energy. Nobody made trouble for them. They made trouble for themselves. It'll always happen when you pray at the temple of capitalism.
