  • A lot of us are reddit refugees that used Sync as our primary way of interacting with content. For those people (like me), Sync for Lemmy is the easiest transition from Reddit Sync, with all the controls and customization we got used to over time. I didn't even bother with Lemmy on mobile because the Fediverse multi-site experience kinda sucks and would rather have a more familiar and user-friendly experience. Maybe I'll explore other options in the future but the ad-supported free option is really not a problem for me right now.

  • The HP you mention still exists today as Hewlett-Packard Enterprises, a separate company from HP Inc, which is the consumer-facing brand. It's very similar to what Motorola did in splitting into enterprise and consumer companies.

  • Alerts for when the washer finishes its cycle. Reminders on when to do a tub clean. More detail when certain errors or anomalies are detected. Additional wash cycles for special load/fabric types that don't fit on the dial.I have used the internet connection on my washer for all of these things and it has been very useful.

  • Thanks for this suggestion! Is there any chance of breaking the connector by doing this? I replied to another commenter, but to emphasize, I am only looking to modify the fan and connector as a last resort because of how rare this equipment is.

    Help identifying a (proprietary?) PSU fan connector

    I'm trying to replace the jet engine fan inside the PSU of a Nu 1.1 with a Noctua equivalent and am having trouble identifying the connector. The PSU is a Delta Electronics Model EDPS-250AB A, Part Number 400-5494-91.

    I have taken several pictures of the fan connector and its header in the hopes of identifying the connection. I originally thought it was a JST-EH 2.0, but it is not, and the only means of comparison that I currently have.
