trans xennial musician belligerently nice

I love synthesizers, all sorts of music (mostly electronic), b/cult movies, science fiction, DIY, graphics design, PC hardware, retro computing (Commodore <3), cooking, singing. I'm truly sorry to anyone I have unintentionally hurt in my confusion about my identity. Love and light. Sorry I can't talk like a normal human being btw, I'm trying.

Here's some of my music, grateful if you'd give it a listen: https://etherphon.bandcamp.com/https://soundcloud.com/etherphonThe stuff up there right now is a tad old, but it is some music that deals with my struggles with my realizations about my sexuality and gender, thus some of it is a little difficult and discordant. I'm working on some more joyous music. It's 100% hardware based (synthesizers, samplers, sequencers, effects), no computer, DAW or AI involved in recording.

  • Neuro-Sama is an LLM that uses a VTubing rig to do livestreams while appearing to be a little girl

    what the fuck 🤮

  • nice stuff, here's a few I think fit well with your theme:

Lone - Ecstasy & Friends, Always Inside Your HeadSpace Dimension Controller - The Pathway To Tiraquon6Panabrite - Pavilion, Cortex Meridian

and something a bit more upbeat and newer Vishnudata - Futurescape

  • "i can't believe they are going to taco bell again after last time"

  • Namaste gary

  • Good bot.

  • I thought I just read an article about how they were making and "selling" all these cars only to junk a lot of them. I guess it doesn't matter if they are driven after they are sold as long as they are sold? Are these cars going directly to the scrap heap an amazing feat of technology for China, who also builds cities no one is allowed to live in? This is the future?

  • It's like, 90% mental, the psychedelic feeling so it's quite difficult to explain. Of course in the movies and stuff you will see a lot of visual representation of what the trip is like, and also 90% of those are total fabrications. If you are wondering about visuals, you will usually see things like motion trails where if you wave your hand in front of your face you will see a trail left behind, like motion blur. That's low level effects, after that things start to melt a little, your vision will be more colorful and things will twist and turn and undulate, the walls will look like they a breathing a bit, things will be be like it has a life of it's own basically kind of like how it is in a cartoon. With mid to heavier doses you will start to see actual hallucinations which vary by user and mood and setting (which are incredibly important on a trip so keep that in mind if you are curious)

The mental effects, uhm. I guess I would say it just feels like everything comes together? Logic melts away a bit and you are left with pure feeling, you are in touch with yourself, problems that seemed big may seem small or problems that were small may seem bigger, things of importance are turned around. Sometimes I would say it feels like your mind having sex with itself towards the peak. Physical sensations are also amplified, so touch feels extraordinary, music pours out of the speakers like a breeze coming at your face. It seems like there would be a lot of confusion but there is also a profound sense of peace if you can hold on to it. It sounds like what you got what something else. I hope it was helpful

  • hey freeBSD how you doin'

  • I suppose, I thought ratings had been falling year after year for the awards show but I haven't really been paying THAT much attention. I do understand the point of the awards, I just don't like that like most things in life the people doing the most work never even see the inside of the ballroom. I think the (good) writers should be celebrated far more than the actors, but then I guess that's not very exciting for most people

  • hehe yeah I just don't do well in those situations at all, doctors office and hospitals put me on edge immediately, I'm not sure if it's the sterility of the place or what so I get it. I was (I guess?) blessed with veins that you could hit from space so I don't have a lot of trouble with needles that way, however, I have had a life long fear of being poked in the eye by a sharp object or needle or something so every time something sharp comes out anywhere close to my eyes I twinge

glad you got through it okay and good tip about the arm :)lovely not-scary day to you too! 💜

  • Heck no, when they started replacing all the decent movies with awful original content I bailed

  • Yeah but it's rather curious that this admin would do away with such an easy money making scheme. Something tells me they are going to replace them with something worse

  • Wonder if Hollywood will read the room and cut out all this gaudy self-congratulatory awards crap altogether? nah. It's not enough they become rich they need trophys too

  • how stupid is this country? it's still going to be a close election lol. fuck everything

  • Starting off accusing someone of begging for attention is not a good way to start an earnest conversation, you have no idea what my life has been life up to this point and what I have gone through or been through. It's not curious to not want to talk to an asshole, goodbye and fuck off again

  • RIP

  • It's usually pretty fleeting anyways, I come to my senses quickly

  • every day new dumb shit

Better Off Single or Coupled? - A large study indicates that, unless one’s romantic liaison is what psychologists call “high quality,” one is mentally better off being single.
