What is frustrating are the „open source is buggy and not everything runs instantly and smoothly“ replies. If it is from big tech, bugs are considered as normal and handled as bad weather.
TIL that German „Blockflöte“ (literal translation „woodblock flute“) is recorder in English. A noun I normally connect to cassette recorder or record something.

The Charité is the Hospital of the Humboldt University in Berlin. It is a big name in medical science in Germany. They even made a similar named tv series about the hospital. The building is the so called „Bettenhaus“ (Bed house), build between 1977 and 1982 in the former DDR (east Germany).
It was founded in 1709. Quite some medical history was written there.
Maybe it was the other way round.
