New York veteran starter Domingo German authored a perfect game against the Oakland Athletics on Wednesday night, as the Yankees right-hander allowed no hits and no walks on 99 pitches in an 11-0 victory at the Oakland Coliseum.
Hah everyone has been so fixated on getting his weight that I forgot that we also get his true height without the shoe lifts. What a day.
No, this is just setting the agreement of what his bond will be. He (and ask the other co-defendants) still has until Friday to turn himself in.
Release day 14 Pro at 89% here. Oof. I hadn’t looked at that in a long while but had noticed a number of times that my battery was surprisingly low.
Pretty heavy use, no wireless charging usually leave it plugged in over night.
Yep I’m all about setting myself up for success. And backing into parking spaces does that. Also it’s drilled into my head from the oilfield that you will always back in because it’s safer.
0:33, and ugh I thought I had it super fast on just the 5 across clues, but I filled in HELP for the last one. One bad answer sunk me. Would have been 0:11 if I got it right.
Nice! I also had a PB today but a bit slower at 5:33. Hopefully I can crack the 5m mark on one lucky Monday.
I wonder if they mean that it expanded by a square inch of area
Nice solve! 35:xx here which is also faster than my average for a Friday. It took coming back to for me, I kinda stalled out with 50% of the puzzle done but when I came back I got a couple of the big clues sorted and then it fell into place.
34 and it felt so slow!! Ugh didn’t get it in all across. Could have been sub 30 but got hung up
Did anyone else do the Wordle and the Xword today?
0:49 and I blame McDonald’s: as soon as I saw the clue for 5A referencing a “grimacing face emoji” my mind went to Grimace shakes and shit, and my rhythm was busted. Damnit mcd hah. And then 6A is also hard to solve without any crosses, another trap that slowed me down.
Yeah decently fun and quick solve
0:38 here, putting “tat” as 8A took some fixing hah.
0:48, stumbled over a few clues for too long
Ok back at it. We had company staying with us so I kinda took Friday and Saturday off from xwords and then did the Sunday late last night. Here’s hoping to kick off another complete week!
Nice! And annoying that it went weird on you.
That’s kinda cool, I’ve never watched someone else narrating their solve, I checked it out for a few mins and it’s interesting to see and hear someone else’s methodology and thought process.
That was a fun puzzle with a couple good aha moments with the themers.

Nice work! You asked me, so I should return the favor: how long have you been doing NYT crosswords? What got you going in the hobby? Cheers on a good solve.
