We expect to be able to buy ultra cheap clothes and food, get ultra VIP treatments, ultra disgusting censored extravagances across the world and then come home and complain about only being able to afford to take four weeks off in Thailand at an all inclusive resort, while Thai and Pilipinos are coming here to be treated as slave berry pickers, masseurs (with happy endings) and ”au pairs” (domestic helpers with ”all inclusive”).

One relative is still using an Ankarsrum Assistent with an ugly yellowed base. The machine has been helping make bread semiregularily for the extended family since at least the 70’s. Some plastic parts have become discoloured, but the machine keeps on going.
I have a Bosch MUM, it has been going strong for 20 years for bread, cakes, cookies, minced meat, smoothies etc. My only complaint is that the meat grinder has aluminium parts, would love to wash it in the dishwasher instead of by hand.
While they are technically not screen savers, Green Aqua has loads of 4K videos of their aquascaped tanks, both freshwater and salt water. They mainly donut as a bit of marketing for their store, but I suspect they get more money from their videos and workshops.
