  • Not wanting to be that guy but there is a part missing from your list (I think) where myogeny used to be much more wide spread and much less cared about than today

Slapping a woman back in her place was, shall we say, less socially awkward a hundred years ago than it is today. Especially the last twenty years a lot had changed in making misogyny visible, making people losers like Andrew Tate stand out much more.

I'm not saying it's not a problem, I'm not saying that Andrew Tate hasn't made things worse, I'm just saying that it used to be so so much worse, still.

Having said that; we need to bring back responsible role models, everywhere. I grew up with good parents who were role models but I also grew up with Star Trek TNG which influenced me greatly and I'm proud of that. I grew up with practicing kyokushin Karate which taught me humility and respect, both for men and especially women because woman that practice that are humble but don't take your "I'm the guy!" shit for a second.

  • Funnily enough, an enormous amount of Americans somehow did the mental gymnastics tomdo both anyway

You just start saying that Jesus was this blonde guy with an Arnold Schwarzenegger type body, who loved CEO's and shit like that.

That in turn also goes to show how dumb religions are

  • Why in God's name was Germany betting on Intel, currently the Boeing of chip makers?

I know that there is more involved than opinions of fanboys but at this point it's been common knowledge for years that Intel has been making one fuckup after another, suffering from the "we're at the top, now let's just cash in and not give shits" attitude that so many other companies have had.

  • The enemy of my enemy is not my friend

Andrew Tate is scum of the earth and Spotify should have dropped him, not the payment processors

Again: payment processors should and must not be the ones deciding what is okay and what is not. Just because they did something accidentally right doesn't make it a good thing

  • Or by a government committing genocide on subsets of it's citizens? A government that has disappeared citizens for decades for bit falling in line? Yeah, the US does that now too but at least it's just starting. At least the US has had some sort of free press until recently. Good luck with any of that in China

Also, you missed the part where I said that nobody should be able to spy on me, we need open source hardware. That is the much bigger point. The US and China both suck, I don't want to have to deal with either

  • I'm sorry but I have to say this out loud, I cannot think it any longer..

Americans in general are a bunch of fucking coward losers. They can't stop boasting about what heroes they are, they can't stop making movies about the typical American boy from the corner who saves the world who never gives up, who will never bend the knee...

    Cue vinyl record scratch

Welcome to the real world! Here we see Americans handing over all their rights with smiles on their faces. Here we see one company after another bending the knees giving gifuckingnormous amounts of money to a fascist dictator king, firing people that the king doesn't like (Hey Colbert, go get em!), jumping on and harassing minorities because its easy...

Police forces are always shown to be these pensative well rounded guys who would always do the right thing... HAH! Real world police in the US is just a bunch of coked up racists with an attitude problem and murder fantasies.

Like, seriously, the movie US is so extremely far removed from the real world that the movie US is just a joke now. Americans aren't the heroes. They never were, but if by now anyone still actually believes that propagandistic movie bullshit about how the mighty US military will save the day, then I have a really nice bridge to sell you in my backyard. Just pay me and I'll show you.

No one has been stepping up to stop the rise of fascism in the US and trump has been speed running it, blitzkrieging it because he has met zero fucking resistance.

Fuck, Americans always love to removed on the French for being cowards (for no reason whatsoever) but you know what the French do when they don't like the government? They fucking paralize the country if they have to. They will not fucking stop.

Americans? Well, there was that no kings protest, which was "meh" big in comparison to other protests that I've seen, and here and there there have been people singing, and dressing up and.... Did fucking nothing. Those no kings protests? One fucking day, and that's it. I'm sure Trump peed his pants a little, seeing those protests, and I'm also sure it was from laughing.

You have fascism rising like a rocket, people are being kidnapped in daylight by non uniformed armed guys, and you let it happen

    Fucking. Cowards.

You always pretend to be the big hero that makes the ultimate sacrifice, you always boast about it ad-nauseum, THEN WHERE THE FUCK ARE YOU, NOW THAT THE WORLD NEEDS YOU?

You can barely be bothered to protest

    Americans are fucking cowards, sorry.

  • Given the option, I prefer US spying over Chinese spying. Yes, the US, with all its shit, is still better than China since there still is (just a little) more transparent than China.

Having said that, why not neither? Can we please already start having open source hardware?

  • Can we please FUCKING stop censoring SHIT words like FUCK, or RAPE, or whatever?

Just write what you want to write. If you feel the need to crawl into a fetus position under your bed when you see any of these words then maybe put some space between yourself and the Internet. Go touch grass, live happy! Just stop being so... Childish?
