Wow this is so bad. He basically downplays thw risk by moving goalposts fromn 5°C to 3 and treats economic growth will somehow save us. 3 degrees is somehow not a distaster even though its widly agreed to be. He claims that its not going to effect economy and agriculture... Ok dude. He really claims human effect is tiny compared to natural, which is stupid on so many levels. He also for some reason thinks huricans will not have much effect, and Amazon rainforest will be fine despite the evidence pointing to a global ecosystem collapse.
Tldr: He swaped doomism for compliancy.
Depends on your work. If you manage headless remote servers or computers, terminal through SSH is kinda the only way to use the computer. There is a lot of software and algorithms or databases that don't actually require a gui. Terminal comands are also great because they can be easily reused and further integrated and automated.
