  • In netherlands a sim lock is not allowed for years. Nokia had never sim locks on their phones. As far as I know, bootloader locks are done by the manufaturer not by the provider. Edit down -> done

  • It's not about coverage but about money. SMS is in my country (nl) free, for data you havd to pay. Bedides that SMS works on every phone from simple gdm to smartphone

  • The Motorola has 1 tray for 2 sim cards and 1 micro sd card. The nokia had 2 trays, 1 for 2 sims and 1 for 1 micro sd card. The Nokia has binned 2 weeks ago, battery was in no time flat and the back of the phone was bulging

  • Motorola E32 dual sim + micro SD. My old Nokia 3.1 had it also. Both have s 3,5mm headset jack

  • Take look at Lenovo, almost stock android unlike Samsung that's full of bloatware

  • Olympus OM and Olympus Pen have not an optical viewfinder,

  • First I don't have or use whatsapp. But maybe you need the play services to get whatsapp working on LineageOS

  • I prefer the other way around. A decent android emulator for Linux.

  • ISS detector pro

  • Fairemail can still not compete with K-9, besides that the premium version cost €7,49 while K-9 is still free

  • SMS is the only universal messaging protocol, it works on EVERY phone instead of only smartphones. Besides that, why would you use a a messaging app owned by a data grabber / privacy violater.

  • Permanently Deleted

  • So far so good. Same options as QKSMS. Tried fossify before but that is not even near QKSMS or QuikSMS

  • None is not right 😋 I have an old Motorola E 2nd gen running an unofficial LineageOS 17 24/7 on external power thaf I use as an automatic phonerecorder on my landline. Battery is not swollen. There are probably more phones who can do this
