    For me it feels like my blood pressure gently slows down and I feel more relaxed overall. It's not a high feeling, more like a big sigh before you let your muscles relax after a long day.

    For a panic attacks it feels like it drags me back to center. The adrenaline stops pumping and I just feel a little tired.

    It can cause light headedness and I prefer to take it before bed as needed. It gets rid of the background anxiety when I take it regularly.

    The medication can cause low blood pressure, and it's stronger after you initially take it. Last week I took a dose after being out for 2 weeks and I ended up falling down because my blood pressure was too low. My ankle gave out and I just... flopped over instead of correcting myself lol.

    I am also on 40mg - 80mg and most people start at 10mg or 20mg so ymmv The side effects level off after a week or two. Just be sure to stand up slowly and avoid taking it before using heavy machinery.
