The profits enjoyed by said restaurants would just be diverted towards supermarkets selling produce that become ingredients in their lunch - much of which shares the same supply chains said restaurants use. I thought our previous lunch habit (avocado toast) was singlehandedly ruining our ability to buy homes, thus ruining the economy. I guess I must be able to afford a home now since I bring my lunch to work. Also if a business can't make it in the market shouldn't it just fail?
