Unicef spokesperson James Elder, visiting Al-Aqsa Hospital in Gaza, says that Israeli quadcopters have shot four children.

Elder also highlighted that the hospital is overcrowded with children and some are forced to wait in corridors for a bed.

In September, Save the Children reported Israeli forces have killed at least one child every hour on average in the course of Israel’s war on Gaza, with the number of children killed surpassing 20,000.

According to the Palestinian health ministry and the UN Committee on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, at least 21,000 children are left permanently disabled.
