He's not exempt from blame just because he was too much of a pussy to actually take up the sword himself. He was a piece of shit and his death was a net positive for society as a whole. Advocating for a thing to be banned is to advocate for violence against the people who do that thing; the fact that the state does the violent acts doesn't change that.

Charlie Kirk spent a good chunk of his life advocating for the abortion ban which has harmed and killed people. In my book Charlie Kirk is, at least in part, responsible for all that harm. He deserved what he got at least as much as any healthcare CEO.
