It's an inflatable tank, of course it's not going to be cheap, but it could totally be a good product. I bought my nephews inflatable crocs, they are still in service after 3 years of frequent public pool/lake use.
I found this quite common actually, an absolutely ridiculous description behind an actual good product that is.
